Stain Development | The Henna Peacock cannot guarantee the colour of any henna applied. This is because the variables ensuring deep stain development controlled by the artist are limited to the production and application of the henna paste; however, after care is not within the control of the artist. Similarly, health details such as current medication, hormonal imbalances, and other variables are known to affect henna stains. In order to assist in the development of the best henna stain, The Henna Peacock will exclusively use fresh, organic henna paste, and will also provide after care instructions and products at the time of appointment free of charge.
Allergies & Sensitivities | While allergies to the ingredients in our fresh, natural products are known to be rare, The Henna Peacock and its representatives/affiliates are not medical professionals. Please consult your health care provider if you have any questions or concerns about the safety of our products for your use specifically. We will gladly provide information regarding our product recipes at your request. We are also pleased to create custom pastes for the application of our designs on any clients who request it due to concerns with sensitive skin. If you have any known allergies, you are responsible for disclosing them prior to your session.
Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that the artist is injured, becomes too ill, or is otherwise unable to perform services personally, an artist of like skill will be dispatched in her place. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for services.
If The Henna Peacock is unable to perform the services outlined within this agreement due to any casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond human control, all fees collected will be returned to the client within five (5) business days; however, responsibility and liability is limited to return of all payments received for services.
